Policy
 
When you attend for your treatment I will need some health information and will require you to fill in a consultation form. 
Please wear a mask while in the treatment room, I will also be wearing one. I will also provide a sanitizer in my treatment room.
All sheets and towels used are changed after each client and the treatment couch is sanitized between treatments.


 
Booking and Cancelation Policy:  As we are living in a very unpredictable time I understand  things happen and you may not be able make your scheduled appointment.  I like to be fair to all my clients and have adopted these policies to cancel your appointment.
24 hour notice is required  - If you need to cancel your treatment. Please do consider to inform me and rearrange if possible.


Arriving Late: Appointments have been arranged specifically for you - If you arrive late for your appointments you may not be accommodated with your full time as I may have another client booked in after you but I will do my best to determine if there is enough time to be able offer you your full treatment.


Privacy/Data - (GDPR)  Wexford Reflexology collects and processes sensitive, healthcare related personal data in order to form an opinion about your personalized treatment. This data is required by law and will be held for 7 years.
Your data will not be shared with any third party outside Wexford Reflexology.
Your contact details may be used to contact you regarding appointment times and treatment follow-up.
 
 
Marketing: Occasionally I would like to send you updates and information about products and information about my services. If you consent to marketing you may op out at any time by emailing me on wexfordreflexology@therapist.net
 
 
Your Rights: You have the right to request a copy of the data Wexford Reflexology hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of  your personal information please email wexfordreflexology@therapist.net
I aspire to keeping your information as accurate and up to date as possible. You may also ask to correct or remove any data you feel is inaccurate. If you are not satisfied with my response or believe I have processed your personal data not in accordance with the law you can make a complaint to the Data Commissioners Office.
